“good country B&B”

Warm welcome, our twin room en-suite was clean and comfortable although the hot water took ages to arrive at the shower. Excellent breakfast with some local produce at flexible hours. Guest sitting room with TV, gardens to sit out in.
Well situated in quiet spot on the Minnis, convenient for many local tourist spots and the ferries and Eurotunnel.
Good pub food a very short drive away.

“Ok for a one night stop-over”

Positives: Excellent hosts who were very informative about the area. Lovely old oak beams in room and farm which gave an olde world feel. Tasty breakfast with home-made produce. Good location for pubs and travelling. Very comfortable bed.

Not so positive: Double-ensuite room looked tired (In particular the carpets and curtains). Whiff of dog odour in room (Premises takes in well-mannered dogs). No lighting at front gate. Cockrell call at day-break although not sure if from premises. Have had much better value at other Farm Stay UK premises for similair price.

“Fabulous country guesthouse”

We had a comfortable, clean room with a neat little en-suite. This well-appointed old farmhouse provided an ideal location for walks in the countryside and an exploration of this area of Kent. Particularly recommended, and very friendly hosts.
