Had a really lovely stay here whilst walking the North Downs Way. Great breakfast and a warm and good room (although not as nice as the one my Brother had!).

This is a great little B&B which encapsulates the spirit of what B&Bs should be: a welcoming host, clean and comfortable rooms with en suite facilities and an excellent cooked breakfast. On top of all this you get a chocolate-box pretty house with a terrific English garden set in one of England's prettiest villages, but to cap it all, it's set within the grounds of a magnificent country house.
This is a great base from which to explore the south-east of England, but you do need a car as public transport is sparse and at least one local taxi driver have been known to cheat foreigners.
Highly recommended.

Our stay at the Castle Cottage Bed and Breakfast was delightful. The house is very comfortable and is situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Chilham. The rooms were nice, with good bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent, with home made jams and plenty to eat. I highly recommend this B&B.
