Booked a 2 bedroom hotel. When we got to the room found out that there is only one small bathroom. The rooms are terrible. Small,old and smells.We have no choice but stay as there were no other rooms available and don't want to drive around at 10pm with the kids.When we went to eat at the restaurant, the food are terrible, small portion but very pricey. Plus the service sucks.
The next morning, found out that the toilet is clogged. Called the front desk and waited one hour for the maintenance after 20 times of calling to follow up. If I did'nt tell them that my kid will use the balcony as the toilet and they are going to clean it, nobody would have come.
Then my kids went to eat breakfast with the nannies. One of the nanny ordered water. so they brought a bottle of wine with water inside and brought her an oily glass that haven't been washed yet. I mean, what's this? Because it's free water?
Then finally got to the front desk to check out,and found a very nasty people in the front. Waited 30 minutes coz they are more busy with there paperworks than taking care of the customers.
oh and by the way, the recreation park is not well maintained and there is nothing special about it.
And until now , the waitress keep calling as she forgot to charge one dish on our account. She can ask the owner to pay her after the terrible services that we got from there hotel.

We stayed 2 nights at this resort during Holy weekend and overall it is not worth it! We ate at their restaurant when first arrived only to find out later that it was way too expensive. After that, we ate at the little restaurants just outside the resort which is very affordable. Also, at first the security is very strict about bringing food and drinks into this resort but we were able to talk to them into it...(share the blessings!). If you want a beachfront, rent a room at the Villa. I think that is the way to go....as long as you stay away from the restaurant.

I have stayed here twice already with my friends. first time we stayed at a cottage near the beach cos it accommodates large groups and we were around 10. the process of checking in took us a very long time but they sort of gave us some sort of discount. the cottage was very old and run down. it was poorly lit, the furniture was pretty worn out and the bathroom had a sewer smell. they said the room was good for like 8-10 people but they don't have enough bed for even 8 people let alone 10! some of us ended up sleeping on the very hard sofa downstairs.

our second stay there, we availed the hotel room that occupies 8-10. (the checking in process still slow as ever) now this is the better choice for a room cos its cheaper than the beach front cottage. its not actually a great place but compared to the cottages, this is really a better option. it was very spacious even for a big group like ours, they have one big bed room, big sala, big dining area and a big terrace. the kitchen just had a ref and a table.

about the facilities, they offer free use of the table tennis and pool tables, free use of the pool and the beach. the pool area is nice and the only worth while activity to do here. the beach is not ideal for swimming or any water sports (which they don't offer). the beach is not well maintained, a bit dirty and looked abandoned. on the other hand, the restaurant beside the reception area serves good food and has a nice ambiance.

The place is run down with min repairs to keep it going. I left by electric toothbrush there, and 1 month later I called in again to ask them, there was no one responsible enough to follow up not even the manager. He guaranteed me he would give me an answer but I never receive any email or msg from him on my celphone.

The pool is nice though, but I ordered the Malaysian chicken curry, I got Thai green curry cooked really badly, they dont even tell me that they have changed the dish and the garnishes were wrong.

I left my comment and businesscard, but so far no one ever get back to me on some of the comments I made.

The owner must have gone to sleep or like most other businesses, the manager dont even tell the owner abt the complaints.

Room was smell with fresh painting.
