The place is close (if you are driving) to Parguera, and actually looks nice, and the price wouldn't be bad if it was a good hotel. The problem is, it's not a hotel to start with. It's a restaurant, and the smell of old frying oil is everywhere. The place is plastered all over with long lists of things you are not supposed to do. No room service whatsoever. No fridge, microwave, or kitchen you can use. Dirty pool. The only staff member I could find in the two days we were there tried to be nice and helpful but couldn't. Overall, it works if you just need to stay for the night, but try to find something better if possible.

However, I would have slept better in the rental car!! Do not be fooled by the appearance of this place. NO fridge, simple the very basics, no room service, no clean up, you will be provided hand towels to dry your whole body, pool disgusting 24/7, awful for my 2 and 5 year olds, you wake up next day and you have no breakfast, no service anywhere in this place. The place looks kind of nice but it is all dirty. There is an endless list of things you CANNOT do and couple of things you are allowed to do...
You are PAYING!! however, you are not allowed to eat in your room!! (which was simply ridiculous), expect your room to be just the way you left it in the morning, and the price paid is simply toooooo much .......
The lady there is terribly rude, talks back and does not like anything......
Please, please plase I implore you do not NOT stay there specially if you have small babies just like ours!!

I was looking for a good place for the whole family. I have two kids, 9 and 5, and my mother, a senior. I got there Saturday in the evening. The first thing I noticed is the pool is not suitable for small children, 4 to 9 feet deep, and it's dirty 24-7. Rooms are small, no table, no refrigerator, not even an ice bucket. The contract said that once you sign, they won't give refunds. Of course, they don't show the rooms in their web page. I woke up Sunday early. I went to the office to ask for some ice, as we did not have an ice bucket, and the restaurant does not make breakfast. There was nobody to assist me. Another guest was there waiting too. A little later, one of the chefs appeared, and said there was no ice. She was not friendly at all. Sunday at noon when I got back, I found there was an incident at the restaurant. So they closed the restaurant and left. Monday at 9:00 AM there was still nobody there, and I needed to check out. They had a list of telephone numbers to call anytime. I called... nobody answer. Finally one the chefs called me back and said they would not be there for a while. They told me to leave the key and everything on a table. The restaurant is small, and does not have a menu for kids. The bathroom was stinky. The air conditioner did not work properly, it was hoooot. One of the beds was broken. They don't clean the room until you leave. So, if you stay three days, you will have to use the same towels. I won't recommend this place to anybody.

If you want to enjoy the beauty of the ocean while in your room, then you must visit La Jamaca. The people are friendly, the atmosphere around the place is a relaxing one. You can enjoy a Pina Colada, while your at the pool, and you can eat the best"Chuletas Can-Can" in PR.
It's simply amazing, go visit!!!!!!!!!
