Stayed in the Courtyard for three weeks in Feb. Was a pleasant stay and my room was very comfartable and clean. The staff were friendly especially Harold. Happy hour in the evening is a great way to relax in the evening. Very well situated and is relatively safe. The mall opposite the hotel gives you a wide range of resturant choices. Good place to stay on a reasonable budget and especially if you are staying for a lengthy time.

I stayed in the Courtyard Rosebank for 9 nights from 19 November 2009. I had a studio with Queen size bed...very comfortable with great fluffy pilows. Was aboe to smoke in the studio and it had sliding doors onto a patch of grass with a view of a brick wall (when i checked in they said it had a balcony!!).
Nice size fridge and well stocked kitchenette...good size bathroom with nice toiletries.
The staff were amazingly friendly and courteous. Free drinks between 17.00 to 19.00 in the evening!!! Free sherry in reception and free muffins in the morning in reception.
Great breakfasts.....hot food and cold food......
No restaurant facilities in the evening but you can dial food to be delivered fromo neaby restaurants or wander into the Rosebank Mall where there are quite a lot of restaurants.
Negative point: no iron provided in the rooms but strangely enough there was a mini ironing board. There are irons in the laundry room except usually there were not and had to ask for one at reception. Problem with the power points in the laundry and often the iron did not work!!!!!! Eventually i was allowed to take one to my room to use but to return straightaway.....
Would definately stay there again!!!!!!

Came to this hotel with high hopes given the reviews. Safe area and nicely located across from the mall. Sterile rooms, spacious lounge but bedroom too small. Also, air circulation is horrible. A/C blows toward entry door and is located in lounge, so bedroom is stuffy.

Excellent hotel, 2 bedroom unit great for families with kids, staff at hotel exceptionally polite and friendly, unit was comfortable and clean, great location, will definitely return!
