Location was perfect, a VERY clean hotel with a great breakfast. We were able to walk
to one of the nicest beaches, bus line & we could walk to Old Chania.
Above all, our inn keeper Ria was so kind & helpful with what ever it was we needed.
If we ever return to Crete we will stay at Ria Hotel!

We stayed 3 nights at Ria's and were really pleased with our choice. The location is about a 10 minute bus ride from Chania town and is easy to use. We took the bus from town and had a little trouble finding it as the driver left us off too early. Get off at the stop after the fun/bowling centre, which is easy to spot on the right hand side of the road and walk up the small road beside the Scandinavian Market. The location is a short walk to the beach where you can purchase a sunbed and umbrella for 3 euro each. There are lots of resturants by the beach and within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice with a small pool that was great for cooling off in on hot days. There are sunbeds and a patio area you can use for relaxing. The rooms have nice balconys and are adequate size. The breakfast is very good and made fresh when you order. There are of a choice of 5 items, served with bread and jams. Ria is very helpful and arranged for a boat tour for 5 of us that included a stop to see castle ruins and swimming on a beautiful secluded beach (25 euro each with pickup and drop off). Well worth the price. The hotel is quiet, but I did hear what sounded like several dogs barking close by in the early mornings. This hotel is a nice option if you don't want to stay in the crowded town and want to be close to the beach.

This cute, little hotel, is everything I want it too be. It is cozy, warm and, has such a great atmosphere which is mostly created thanks to the sweetest hotel owner, dear Ria.
This was my fifth time in Crete and, first but definitelly not the last one in Ria.

This was our fifth time visiting Crete, and we had the best vacation ever. The hotel is ideally located near to one of the best beaches in the area (Agii Apostoli), and also close to Chania, the capitol of the prefecture and most beautiful town on the island. Rooms are clean and spacey, and the view from the balcony was perfect. The stuff, and the manager are so friendly, so we had a feeling we're more relatives than guests. If u want to explore Chania prefecture (and u should), this is the best place to stay. Thank u Ria for everything, and hope to see u again next summer.
