This is a fantastic appartment right at the beach in the surfers paradise of Taghazout , 22 km north of Agadir.
Taghazout is a small fishing village attracting people from all over the world.
The apartment consists of two floors, first floor and ground floor.
Let me explain;
You will get in from street level through the main door, here you will find the door to my lovely apartment, I have named CORAL for all the corals and shells on the beach.
Now you are on the first floor and you will find;
1 bedroom with a double bed
1 bedroom with two separate beds
1 bedroom with double bed
The two last bedrooms are sharing a balcony of 7 sq.m with a sea view.
There is also a newly equipped bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

The two last bedrooms are sharing a balcony of 7 sq.m with a sea view.
There is also a newly equipped bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Now you have to walk down the steps to the ground floor, and here you have the greatest sea view from the big comfortable living room with glass doors.
The living room (about 35 sq. m in size) furnished in a Moroccan style with 2 sofas, is at the same time a combined dining room with a table for 8 people and a sitting room with a sofa bed, 2 arm chairs and a little table.
The American kitchen opened on the living room, with a nice view on the ocean, is well equipped and has all modern facilities, gas-stove, fridge, microwave, etc.
There is also a bathroom in this floor, with shower, washbasin and toilet.
To have more sleepings around, a small room was fitted out under the staircase with 2 bunk beds.
But now comes the best; walk outside on my big 30 sq. m terrace and enjoy the view, only beach, sun and sea.
There is a direct access to the beach from a door in the basement on the terrace.
How to get here:
Busses (from Agadir every 20 minutes) or taxis station, all at about 100 m. away from my apartment,
Drive your own car and there are parking along the highway N1 going from Agadir to Essaouira.
Taghazout is a nice village with a good atmosphere and a real Moroccan life.
There are a lot of small restaurants, minimarkets, surf shops in the village.

Excellent holidays in Taghazout
Amazing location in Taghazout near restaurants, cafes, bars and the beach, direct private access to the ocean and a great view from every room of the apartment. The place is very clean. Our host Dounia is very friendly and helpful. We recommend it to everyone staying in Taghazout and we can't wait to go back ! :)

very disapointed and feeling ripped of !!!!
We (3 adults and 2 children) spend 3 weeks in Dounias House !
Our initial contacts were great and we were very exited to get there !
The House was very spacious and super close to the Water. Unfortunaltely we had to walk threw a lot of garbage and directly a long side of sewage !!!!!!
It was equipped with cheap necasidies and NOT CLEAN ! The Kitchen and Bathroom had to be cleaned before we could use them. Blood and food scraps threw out the fridge !
Everything was sticky and dirty all over the House.
On our second night we got ROBED. With no security lights or cameras at our house the thief spend his time on our terrace working every lock on the first floor before claiming to the second floor where the windows were open. Do to the lack of a/c or fans ! We woke with the thief in the House. He left without injuring anyone but with phones - cash and other belongings !
Our host was of NO HELP and did not even come by or offer to help us make a report !
Our neighbours at HASH POINT Surf Hostel were very helpful and provided us with security camera footage of the entire break in. They also helped by having a street light put in to light the area !!!
Our hosts appears only to be interested in collecting cash ! She was always prompt to organize top dollar transport events but very quick to duck any help that would have made us feel at home.
The Largest suar drain in town flows about 10 m from Dounias house on the upwind side and directly into the ocean!!!! each of us who swam into the ocean by the house was hit with vomiting, diarrhea and fever.
apart from the heat the noise from the walkway in front of the house which had CONSTANT Yelling, drumming, screaming visitors hanging out 24h a day and the suer smell it was hard to find a good nights rest.
We can NOT recommend this place at all as we found many other places in town that were far better priced, clean and with caring hosts !!!

We had a blast in this appartement. Rented this place with 6 women, enough sleeping accomodations and the best View EVER! Would defenitely book again

Super Unterkunft in schöner und zentraler Lage von Taghazout
Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz für bis zu 8 Personen und ist super ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es alles was man benötigt und auch sonst fehlt es an nix, selbst ein Fön ist vorhanden. WLAN funktioniert gut.
Von der Terrasse und dem oberen Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer, mit direktem Zugang und es gibt mehrere Surfspots direkt um die Ecke.
Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Traumhaft
Das Apartment ist traumhaft gelegen.
Von der großen Terrasse aus, kann man den Blick auf den Atlantik in vollen Zügen genießen und hat über einen Treppenabgang den direkten Zutritt zum Meer. Überhaupt ist das Apartment sehr zentral gelegen, man hat alles in direkter Nähe.
Die Austattung und Größe war für uns (2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) perfekt. Im oberen Geschoss, wo auch der Eingang liegt, befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer haben "Meerblick". Im unteren Geschoss befindet sich die gut eingerichtete Küche mit dem riesigen Wohnzimmer, besonders die "marokkanische Ecke" hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Liegen auf der Terrasse wurden ebenfalls mit großer Freude genutzt.
Dounia, die Vermieterin ist eine sehr zuverlässige und äußerst nette Frau. Sie hat für uns den Transfer organisiert, was reibungslos geklappt hat. Auch ihr Housekeeper Hassan hat sich um uns gekümmert. Eine Mail an Dounia, und Hassan war sofort zur Stelle. Vielen Dank dafür. :-)
Den einzigen kleinen Minuspunkt gebe ich den Betten. Die Matratzen sind leider unbequem, was zu manch unruhiger Nacht geführt hat. Das tut dem ganzen aber keinen Abbruch.
Das Apartment ist einfach traumhaft und die Organisation seitens der Vermieterin ist super gewesen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

5 star wonderful place to stay!
Wow, the apartment was so beautiful it blew us all away. A sea view from every main bedroom and a large, open living space which opens up onto a terrace right on the oceanfront! You can hear the waves as you sleep and see the ocean from all the windows! Incredible, I will miss this place so much! I travelled with a group of all female friends and two young children and from booking to stay here online right through to our taxi home at the end of the trip we felt completely welcomed and looked after. Dounia and her friend Ahmed who lives in the village and Hassan the housekeeper each went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and happy and I am so grateful and leave with such good memories. Dounia was quick to respond to all my emails, helping me with any questions and providing information about the local area and arranging taxis. We made good friends with Ahmed who knows Dounia and works at the local surf shop and he came round and cooked us all an amazing tangine! Hassan helped us with the washing machine and was never far away if we got stuck and needed help with anything in the house and when we unfortunately all became unwell with the Morocco traveller's sickness Dounia even sent out a lovely lady to help tidy up and change linen etc. We felt so looked after and I can not find fault in our holiday, thank you so much Dounia I would recommend this place to everybody!
