This is a great hotel in most cases but I strongly suggest booking anywhere else in town.Having a front desk clerk who barely speaks or understands English is the poorest experience any traveller can have. I have been a regular at the downtown for the last three months, if it wasnt for the 3 PAINFUL experiences I have had trying to book a room or extending my stay since Christmas, I would have rated this hotel as Excellent. The staff in the bar and resturant are fabulous . Save yourself the grief and stay somewhere else , but be sure to check out the sourdough saloon .
