I went up with me and my now ex girlfriend. She booked it cause everytime I did suggest a place she didn't like it, or thought it too expensive. She also got the CAA discount, which was nice. We got the king suite, which is hardly a suite or king. I've been in king size suites and this was not it. The bed was a little smaller than a king and the tv was not 27", the jacuzzi was dirty when we got there and had to clean it up before using it. The sleep was horrible and we didn't sleep that great at all. I wouldn't come back to this place ever again. I'd save my money up and go stay at the Spa or some other hotel instead.

I stayed in one of the suites (has a bedroom and separate sitting room). I was traveling with my two small children, and the setup was great - I could stay up and watch tv while the kids were sleeping in the other room. The room was dated but clean with a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Free continental breakfast was great for the kids with waffles, cereal, pastries, toast, milk, juices and coffee. No pool or other amenities, but it was good for my purposes, which was a place to crash on the drive from Calgary to Winnipeg.

As other have noted, the motel is located at the northern end of Moose Jaw in sprawling mall country and has a small parking lot. Right next door is a Humpty restaurant and within walking distance is a Boston Pizza and the Heritage Inn. Other than that, you're probably going to be getting in your car to get to anything.

My family members stayed in three separate rooms and had no problems. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Pillows were not (for me) being a rather firm foam. We got what we wanted and expected--a clean, basic room at a reasonable price.

There is a breakfast bar free with the rooms--a few cold cereals, instant oatmeal, apples, juices, coffee, tea and a few pastries; again, not my preference but fine for a light start.

As mentioned, typical chain motel on a strip with lots of chain stuff. 2 min ride into town which had a couple interesting things. Didn't really take advantage of the breakfast bar, room was good sized and it's always nice to have a fridge. Problem swiping my credit card but it finally went thru and yes, the parking lot is a little small esp. on a sold out Mon. nite (not sure what was going on).
