We stayed for one night en-route westwards. This was our third overnight stay at this hotel. Reception was polite and businesslike but not particularly friendly and/or welcoming, which is always nice to get wherever one stays after a long day's traveling.
We got a first floor room overlooking the front parking lot. It was quiet, but you need to keep the drapes closed on these rooms for privacy; if possible I recommend a second or third floor room. The room was basic with two beds and a small fridge. The bathroom was clean and neat. The beds had a rather hard 'edge' on them, but were reasonably comfortable. The internet (wired and wireless) worked fine. The walls are a bit thin at this hotel, so there's some room noise from adjacent guests at times.
The breakfast room was clean and neat, with seating for about 20. They had pre-made waffles, french toast and cheese omelets to heat in two microwaves, and the usual toast and juices, etc. Breakfast was average to above average. The one staff lady who briefly appeared to check on things was friendly; the check-out clerk was only 'businesslike'.
An average place to stay. It could be improved to above-average if the staff were more friendly and outgoing and gave the honest mpression of truly desiring to ensure each of their customers had a great stay.
