Hotel is really nice, clean, have a very Euro style to it. Internet worked fast. Great location, lots of restaurants to eat at locally, some shopping locally.

Hotel is solid. It's very new and urban but because of the New York style decor on the dark side. Close to many family style restaurants and shopping, about 10 minutes from the airport. Not where youshould stay if you want to experience the charms of the old city but good if you have a car and don't mind travelling around into town.
There is a pool but it's quite small but does the job with kids.

stayed 2 nights here sept 21 and 22nd. I totally screwed up my booking and book at their sister hotel in sherbrook. upon arrival and after 9 hr car ride-not at all happy with my screw up but the staff member who assisted me could not have been nicer and more willing to be of help. she quickly found us a room in this hotel and cancelled the other. my friend and i had decided to visit quebec 24 hrs previously and literally no time to read up on excursions and reviews. the hotel manager was so helpful in recommending area restaurants and site seeing. However, the next morning, we met "Catherine" who was at reception and she couldn't have been more helpful the next 2 days with directions, maps,parking places , phone calls for excursions and helping us locate a missing credit card left behind at a french restaurant the previous day. This staff went over and above in friendliness and helpfulness. As an American, I had heard that the French Canadians were standoffish and rude-but this was the complete opposite of everyone we ran into in hotels, restaurants, shops and tours. Everyone was great!
The hallways are not appealing-ciderblocks-but they do provide complete noise blockage. the rooms were dark but had comfortable beds, flat screen tv, good a/c and a clean modern bathroom. No frills but clean and quiet. We found the continental breakfast just fine-bagels, juice, fresh fruit and really good coffee. It was all we needed to start the day. Parking is free here since it is not in the downtown or old quebec. It was the easiest drive from the hotel to get to a great parking area right outside the gates of old quebec. 6 min walk to the gates. So all and all-would recommend this hotel. Full of business people since down the road from airport -saw absolutely no children here.
