We are a tourist company so we come very often to Quebec city.
This is our second stay at this hotel, we came last year and we loved it, we didnt come back sooner because the hotel si a little far from old Quebec so is not very convinient, but the hotel was so nice that we decide to comeback.

Unfortunately was a big mistake. We booked in advance because we came for Quebec Carnival, and we knew the city will be busy, We only booked 10 rooms back then, and at the end we had to add 4 more, since we did this,already was a problem because they were not happy we add rooms at last minute.
We deal with a lady call Joane Dube, wich last year she treated us great even offer us to have breakfast with her, this year was not at all like that. she was inpatiente, not friendly and not helpfull. We even ask for a complimentary breakfast just for the guide (all hotels do it) and she said no, we didnt book enough rooms.

Anyway already we were not happy before arriving. at check in there was only one person in the reception, when is supossed to be a very busy weekend and the hotel is supossed to be full. th eman in the recption couldnt handle all the work.

Rooms are ok, but my room had hairs in the blankets plus sheets look old and no soft at all.

Hotel services are terrible. there is no gift shop, no boutique no vending machines, impossible to buy a snack or soda, on top of that there is nothing around the hotel so you are pretty much screw,

The worst by far was the retaurant next morning, i get to the restaurant and they telll me ( the manager) that there wont be space if people want to come eat, because everything is reserve. how do they reserve the whole restaurant if they know the hotel is full?? specially when there is nowhere else to eat, That manager was rude, and treat me like if I was going to eat for free. He gave me a table that was just used and didnt even clean it!! when all the tables were empty.
Buffet breakfast for $20 not worth the price at all. food was not good and lack of choice.
Overall the hotel is really bad I dont recomend it to anybody. Staff is really bad trained, They lack professionalism, and they sure dont know how to keep their customers happy.
