My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 days in sept 2011. We had a wonderful stay and couldnt believe how perfect the location was.. It was so close to everything. The hotel is great and has everything you need. The breakfast hamper is a wonderful addition and was great to have breakfast in the room. Quebec City is an amazing place and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We ate at some amazing places, one "bistro du cap" is very near hotel and well worth a visit.

We stayed over the New Year's Eve holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is perfectly situated just on the edge of Old Town... you can literally walk up the hill just behind the hotel, and you are there. We stayed in a superior room with a king bed on the second floor. Our room was spacious by European standards and very well-designed, as mentioned earlier, making good use of the space available. We had plenty of closet / hanging space, a good-sized flat screen TV, very comfy bed, mini-bar with a Keurig, well-designed bathroom... and everything was spotlessly clean. I corresponded with Justine before arrival, and she offered help with making plans for our stay. Also, we met another concierge, Sophie, who was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and helping us to make reservations / plans for New Year's Eve. We would highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable and affordable stay in Quebec City.

We stayed here over New Year's Eve and were absolutely thrilled with the service and atmosphere the hotel provided. The concierges were very helpful, friendly, and provided lots of tips for what to see in this great city.

Stayed for one night in a double bed room. Though room was small by North American standards, its design made effective use of every inch of space. Very comfortable mattress made for great sleep. Continental breakfast brought by door was fine. Location near train station makes it perfect for transit stays. Highly recommend it.
