My wifand I stayed in a studio apt. in March of 2003 and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly, so much so that we are going back this spring.
The room was very well equipped and within walking distance of the Old City. Their rates are also better than most other B&B's in Quebec City.

Firstly the name is Accueil B&B L'Heure Douce.We have 2 small kids and wanted a studio/appt, so this place seemed ideal. The room is new, modern furnished, satellite TV (great for kids) kitchenette with all equipment to cook.Its not too far out of the old city, and its right next to Rue St Jean with lots of cafes/bars and a mini-supermarket if you are self-catering.BUT the service was poor. The welcome is standing outside on the pavement speaking to an intercom.Our room didnt have enough towels or bedsheets, and they didnt bring them, so had to go out in the pouring rain to stand at the intercom, to be told we were lucky to have the room, as they charge more for four people than two. Our emails had already explained we would be arriving with 2 kids, so it was frustrating that the room wasnt ready and they kept on telling us the price should be higher. (as if we should be soooo grateful to them for giving us a good price)The father/daughter management team dont offer the accueil we had expected.
