We stayed here for 3 nights over New Years, our friends stayed at the Frontenac and we spent New Year's Eve there, so we wanted to be close to them. The Chateau is right next door, about a block away. There's easy parking in a garage for 20$ CAD, which is not cheap but not horrible either. The Chateau is nicely decorated and very clean, our room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, but that's not a big deal. Our room (#8) was small but adequate and had high ceilings, which made it feel larger. The bed was comfy and the bathroom, though also small, was clean and perfect for us. The breakfast wasn't elaborate (just coffee, juice, fruit, and muffins), but again, perfect for us since we ate huge lunches and dinners. The Innkeeper is very kind and showed us some places on a map that we should visit during our stay in Quebec.
Overall, I would recommend this Inn to someone who isn't looking for ultra luxury or lavish breakfasts, but wants a comfortable, clean, friendly place to stay in Quebec that is VERY reasonably priced (our queen room was just 125$ per night, before taxes) and in a great location (right next to the Frontenac).
