The best thing about this hotel is the location - right downtown! Seconds to the boardwalk and the Fleuve St. Laurent! Right in Old Quebec City - inside the old walls. It's a charming old mansion converted to a hotel. The Staff are helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and pleasant. Great value for the money (if booking through tripadvisor or bookings.com). Very small breakfast offered - coffee, juice, muffins and yogurt but all in all the location makes up for it all! Would definitely recommend for couples or small families!

This B&B has a great room in the demi-sous sol. However, the breakfast was really light and the woman made the same muffin every single day. Good luck if you don't like oatmeal muffins! The owners need to vary the breakfast - add in some fruit and don't be so sting-ey for pete's sake. Value for breakfast was zilch. Location of the hotel is great in Vieux-Quebec. Parking is expensive ($50/3 days) though.

We set ourselves one week in Quebec City. Le Chateau de Pierre was perfect for our stay.The location in the old city is superb; a quiet street, walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, shopping, the boardwalk with views of the St Laurent for a walk after dinner, and to the many places where street performers entertain every day and night. The hotel is spotlessly kept and the staff friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and although the bathroom was small, it was clean and adequate. The breakfast is minimal and it is a pity there is not a place to sit and enjoy it. We took advantage of the weather to sit outside in the lower courtyard and perhaps this might be developed as a feature in the future. We would certainly recommend others to stay at Le Chateau.

This auberge has nice rooms decorated appropriately for Old Quebec, and the location right by the boardwalk is amazing. Management is wonderful and right on top of all issues. We'd absolutely stay here again!
