This Best Western location went above and beyond my expectations. I recently spent 11 nights here on a business trip. I had room 242, which had a nice king size bed, balcony, really nice washroom, and a decent view of the bridges. Breakfeast at the restaurant downstairs was great. Free parking was nice. The daily paper and orange juice on the door was a nice touch. The decor of the room was very tasteful, along with the recent upgrades to the rooms and hallways. I will definetly be going back for any trips I take to Quebec city in the future. I have stayed at 3 Best Westerns over the past year, and this one is by far the best out of these!
The only things I could note are that this place could use a more modern computer in the lobby, would be nice if it had a gym, and if the HDMI input on the TV could be activated, that would be a great plus to have!

The newly renovated Best Western Hotel l'Aristrocrate is above average in all categories. Check in/out was very fast and efficient. The rooms were spacious and wonderfully decorated. It is a very clean, modern-looking hotel. The attached restaurant was fabulous. We spent 4 nights there over the Christmas holidays. It is very close to shopping and restaurants and is only a 15 minute drive to old Quebec. Major highways are almost at their doorstep, but you can't tell that from the hotel. A very nice hotel that I would recommend to anyone visiting Quebec City.

When I arrived, it took less then one minute to check in, and the room was the best I have ever seen. I travel with best western every time, and this is the best one I have ever stayed at.
The bed was AMAZING and the wireless was very fast, and I never got booted off.
Checkout was somehow faster then checking in, and the staff were so kind I left with a very big smile.

I have been to this hotel a couple of times and will definitively go back. The hotel has been refurbished and is located near Quebec bridge right at the entrance of the city. From there you have access to a huge shopping area (3 shopping centers in a row) as well as plenty of good restaurants. Commuting to the old Quebec area is also easy by city bus or personal car. Beds are very comfy! I will definitively go back.
