Great hotel for the value. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Close to Quebec City and close to Mont-Ste-Anne for skiing. Restaurants within steps of hotel. Will definitely go back!

My family went to quebec city on October 9, 2010 together with another family. My son slept at around 9:30pm. I found he could not sleep well and always wriggling around even after 1 hour. I moved over to check what was wrong and found two bed bugs crawling out of my son's head. I pinched them dead with pretty big spot of fresh blood on the sheet. I called the service, during the time, I found another two were hiding on another bed and on the wall. I called my friends, they also found several in their rooms. We had to be transferred to another hotel at 2:00am. What a awful trip because of the unpleasant experience with Comfort Inn. I'll never ever choose it as my trip stay!

We stayed here for 2 nights in late August 2009 as part of a roadtrip. This hotel is located in a residential area on the north side of the St. Lawrence river and about a 10 minute drive into Vieux Quebec. The location is on a busy, more commercial road, which felt a bit unsafe at night. The hotel itself is quite nice, with a small breakfast area off the lobby. We stayed on a Saturday night and the hotel was completely booked. Our room was a good size with a small pullout couch. The bathroom was very clean. There was free wireless internet in the room. We paid $122CAD per night and though it was a good value.

We stayed in this hotel 2 times. We liked it there both times. People at the reception were nice and friendly. Breakfast was OK. This location was very good for us since we wanted to visit Canyon Ste. Anne. Also very close to downtown.
