Perfectly located near the Chateau De Frontenac, within walking distance to anywhere you need in QC.
Siv was very attentive, always happy and always making sure I had all I needed. I would definitely stay here again no problem.
I had room 308 with a shared bathroom, no problems there are 4 toilets & 3 showers.

greeted with warmth, allowed to see multiple rooms ahead of time, breakfast in the morning, peace, quiet, and privacy. Awesome location. City is amazing. No complaints.

We arrived in Quebec City without advance reservations and selected this supposed two-star hotel based upon a review by Fodor's. It is rated as a 2-star hotel but it is more like a 1-star. I wouldn't say our room was not clean but it was a little dingy and backed on to a noisy street. The dining area where a sparse breakfast was available had all kinds of packages and other items stored along the walls. The gentleman who ran the hotel was very friendly but this could not make up for the poor overall quality of the hotel. It was supposed to be a cheap option but we ended up moving to a 3-star hotel the next night for only $25 more. This was during off-season so maybe prices change in the summer but overall we didn't think we got a good value for our money. There are many other 2 or 3-star hotels that have better locations within the city walls.

We have just returned from a trip to Quebec City, having stayed at the Menoir des Remparts.The hotel is situated in a prime position overlooking the harbour within 10 mins walk of both uptown & downtown Quebec.
The hosts are extremely welcoming, our room was very comfortable & the breakfast ample.
