was at the Loews in the summer for a conference. everything was perfect. we asked to be upgraded from 2 queen beds to a king, no issues, accommodated immediately. revolving restaurant was great. pool was perfect. no complaints.

Charming hotel with a friendly, efficient staff. They have a lovely roof-top restaurant with great food and a nice pool, complete with hot tub! The pool, which is outdoors, on an upper floor, is equipped with nice sun loungers and a bar...loved the cocktails! Once again very good service. The room was nicely furnished and very comfortable and clean! We were on a high floor and the view was fantastic. One evening in the lobby there was a complimentary wine and cheese tasting (local cheeses); delicious! Just step out the door and there are many restaurant options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just drinks! Walking distance to all attractions; we never took the car out once! Just love this city and it's people and will definitely stay at this hotel again!

My first visit to Quebec and stayed two nights at Loews Le Concorde Hotel. The location of this hotel is wonderful an easy walk to parks, museums as well as restaurants and bars all around. The views from our very spacious and clean room were amazing you could see the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac most of the Old City as well as the St. Lawrence River and Government buildings. I found the hotel to be well appointed and updated not sure if I was in a renovated part as I did not see any of the outdated and worn things mentioned in earlier reviews. If in Quebec again this will be one of my first choices.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Almost everything else is a negative. The hallways were not heated - making for an uncomfortable walk down the corridor to my room. The decor of the room was so 1970s. There was no fan in the bathroom nor was there any source of heat. In fact, the entire room was so cold that I had to ask to switch to another room. There really was no improvement as the window unit heater was barely strong enough to raise the temp to 65F. Stains were apparent on the stucco ceiling. The room was in desperate need of a paint job.
