This was one of the best B&B's I've ever stayed at. The price was great (I can't recall now, but it was around $82 I believe), and the place was spotless, simple yet very well decorated with splashy colours like purple and green. We actually rented two rooms, and hence got the entire top floor to ourselves, which was really a treat. Both beds were very comfy, the bathroom was also very cutely done, very "french" and "european" in my opinion, though I've never been to France in all honesty. There's a large fridge in which you can place your things, a kitchen too (don't recall there being a stove, not sure...), and a dining area. Breakfast is continental, the owner simply keeps milk in the fridge, and puts out other things like cereal and nice bread in the morning, so that you can sleep in as long as you like and have breakfast when you feel like it.
The location was a bit on the edge of downtown, or so it seemed to me. We were able to walk into the heart of things within 20-30 mins, which was ok. The owner is supernice and accomodating, and drops by for friendly chats now and then.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this place, as long as you don't mind the slightly further location.
