Located in the heart of downtown, it was easy to get around by walking. Our room had a kitchen included with dishes, everything was very clean and staff were friendly. Only downside was the tv..no ppv channels and the tube tv was hung from the ceiling, furniture was kind of old fashioned looking. Breakfast was included and wifi Internet as well (but kind of slow). We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for one night in Winter as a stop over on our way to Quebec City.
The location was good, close to Old Town and close enough to a good choice of shops and restaurants.
We drove and underground parking was very convenient (for a fee) although very tight corners!
Our room was huge, more of an apartment style layout than a hotel, had a kitchenette and sofa, we appreciated the extra space.
Beds were comfortable enough, room decor was fairly old fashioned, gave the impression that all the furniture had been in use for a long time, not necessarily a bad thing, but I always like seeing new modern style decor that makes you feel like you might not be the 1 millionth person to lie on the bed even if that's not the case!
Overall it was a pleasant stay with no problems, unfortunately we left too early to sample the included breakfast, so I can't comment on that!
I would recommend this hotel to all travellers who aren't too fussy and especially to those on a budget.

Nice realtion cost X benefit. Good location and great breakfast. The room is big and the satff friendly.
The parking lot is in the second floor under the ground and there isn't a elevator to get there. To get there you need to get out of the hotel and the place is not very well frequented.
Besides that, the hole experience was great.

I was very happy with my recent stay at Les Suites Labelle. Our rate was less than $100 per night, including parking and complimentary breakfast. Our room was large enough and clean. We weren't looking for modern polish or frills in this price range.

Travelers should know that the street of the hotel, while only 1 block from the UQAM metro station, is a side street with some abandoned buildings and sketchy street people hanging around. We always felt safe, but a less adventurous solo traveler might have a problem with this.

It was everything we wanted for this price range.
