Stayed at the St. Paul for just one night for business. Great location- close to Old Montreal as well as walking distance to Place Victoria and train station.

Room was very modern -- not a lot of space for lounging, but suited my needs. Comfortable bed. I was on 6th floor and my window looked right into an office window across the street so had to keep my drapes closed.

Overall a very nice experience, would stay there again and recommend to others.

We stayed there Oct 14 and 15, 2011 as part of a wedding group.
Corporate rate for a queen (1 bed) superior room was $189.00 plus applicable taxes and for a queen (2 beds) superior room was $229.00 ($40.00 extra just for having another bed!). But wait! With 4 people in the room we were charged another $40.00 per night giving a per night rate of $249.00 plus applicable taxes.
If you like dark corridors and low lighting this is the place for you.
Accounting was atrocious but worked out in the end.
The valet (Oct 14) and the room attendants were great.
Would I stay there again? NO!!

I was afforded the luxury of staying at the St. Paul for our company sales meeting. I planned the meeting with Brenda Dionne and she was amazing to work with. I was completely confident that everything would be perfect from the rooms to the food. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you St. Paul team for making our stay perfect!

Can't speak highly enough of this hotel.

The location is great no more than 10-15 mins stroll from most places in Montreal that you might want to see,

The room was big, well laid out and quiet.

The decor took a bit of getting used to be I soon felt very comfortable in the relaxing and uncluttered space.

Well worth a visit and they were doing a deal with 50% off the third night.
