If you happen to stay in Montreal, this is an excellent choice. Just around the corner of Rue Prince Arthur with tons of restaurant and a relaxed atmosphere and Rue St Denis for the more hard-core entertainment and within walking distance of the metro. Olivia is a warm host and her breakfast is top quality and can not be matched by any hotel I've ever been in. We stayed in the terrace room with a family of 4 (kids 12 and 14) and every morning Olivia would come up the fire stairs to nurture her herbs garden on the roof of our room. Not kidding you. A special and not-to-be-forgotten experience.

Great location, very quiet and near almost everything you want to see and also near good restaurants. Olivia is a very sweet person. The breakfast was delicious. The Yelow Room where we slept was confortables and has a great view to the park. If we ever go again to Montreal we will for sure stay at "Aux Portes de la Nuit"

On Square St Louis in a lively (but not noisy) section of Montreal this bed & breakfast provides a warm base from which to explore the city. Olivia even finds on street parking for you! The breakfasts were 2 course affairs with home baked tarts, muffins and lots of fruit.

the location is very good, breakfasts were GREAT, Olivia would serve according to your tastes, and she always trying to make you comfortable and happy and gives the best advice about moving arround town, Olivia is really, really kind, and the house is very charming, Olivia even parked her own car to reserve place for ours in the street. the only downside is the rooms are not air conditioned, so you would have to sleep with the windows open in summer (that is nice) but the street would get a little noisy on weekend nights.
