One week stay

We decide to stay my wife and I for one week at Alacoque B&B Revolution(central location), just to give us a time to find a 3 months apartment in Montreal :I have to do some works at Mcgill. We got a room with private bath and queen bed at the top floor. The construction of this charming old house give us the peace and the silent we need to find a nice place to stay. Garage for the car, wifi etc…Convenient and healtly breakfast. Our host Christian was efficient; my wife prefer the other one :Peter! We was recommended by them to ``Antiques Hubert`` on St Laurent boulevard, next to Exentric center for to finish the deco of our new apartment.
We would like to say ``thank you Peter and Christian for the confort and all the helps``

Jean Pierre and Doris.

Room Tip: Just as Christian and Peter

“Excellent weekend in a cold city : Montreal at Alacoque B&B Revolution”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 January 2012

We are from fare away and it is summer in Philipines. In a business trip in Toronto we decide to spend 3 days in Montreal at Alacoque B&B. After a long drive in the snow; we was happy to find a garage for our car and a warm house for our bodies.

Christian was waiting for us. We can walk to the old city at the first night for supper and anticipate Saint Laurent river beach!

After a comfortable night in a large bed and a generous breakfast we was ready to explore Montreal , 3 memorable days : Beautiful churches and monuments. We spend one evening at the Opera house next block to the B&B . There was interesting deco at the B&B :Silvers at breakfast table was gorgeous . We miss the beach. We invite Christian to visit our beach at home!

“Confortable and pretty B&B in Montreal!”

We spend 3 nights at Alcoque B&B Revolution at "Quartier des Spectacles", downtown Montreal, last holidays. Our room was confortable with a queen bed and a small but very convenient bathroom, equip with Flat Screen and Wifi! Deco on the walls was interesting old "tatting". It was one at the top floor. Breakfast was tasty; Real Coffee, Home mad Yougourts and Unforgetable Jams (Every morning we'd wake up with the smell of fresh croissants!). Our car was waiting for us in the Private Garage. We espiacialy enjoyed this Guest House for its Location!

Also for a good evening, Peter send us to a small Bistro Lounge call "Bistro 1272" on Ste-Catherine street, loved the ambiamce, the service and espiecially the food there! Good recomandation Peter!

Thanks again to Peter and Christian and we'll sure see them again back to Montreal.

“Great location, funky old townhouse”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 January 2012

I stayed there twice; the location is both very central and quiet, and this old townhouse would be worth visiting just for the sake of it, with its amazing collection of traditional and quilky objects on display, and great mistmatched silverware used at the breakfast table.
The breakfast was always nice and there was always a very friendly host chatting to us with a lot of humor, which is always nice when you don't know anyone in town.
The internet worked beautifully and the shared bathroom was spick and span.
