Stayed here for two nights with my husband to attend a hockey game and to see the sights of montreal. It was a short walk to the Bell Centre and very close to St. Caterines and underground shopping. Rooms were small but VERY clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cora's breakfast was in the hotel and was great! Will definitely stay here again!!

I stayed here for three nights with a friend this past weekend (first time in montreal)
Pro's - GREEEEAT! location, friendly staff (cutest little housekeeper), VERY! clean room and bathrooms, (just gotta say it again) amaaaazing location.. literally thirty seconds away from st. catherines street (montreals main downtown area, reallly close to the clubbing scene which was the main reason for our trip and super close to eaton centre), no disturbance from neighbours or anything, surprisingly cute modern room, everything close by (bought metro passes and didn't use it at all, although really close to the metro station

cons- cold room although i'm sure if we would have asked, the friendly staff would have taken care of it right away. but my friend and i didn't care soo.. wasn't a big deal to us.
queen bed is just enough space for two people (we were two girls, both 20/21) ALTHOUGH we did leave our close and property everywhere! and wasn't crammed.

all in all, we def enjoyed our stay and trip..
we will stay here again, for sure!

I enjoyed this location, it was a quick walk to all the attractions I enjoy. On the main lobby floor of the hotel was Cora's restaurant....served very good breakfast meals. Shopping is only around the corner on St.Catherine St., attending the movie is a short walk, restaurants etc.--we never had to call a cab, we walked to all our favorite spots.. Very nice flat screen T V, and nice bar fridge.

We were here at Best Western Europa, Montreal. The hotel doesn't have a parking. So we're advised to park infront of the hotel in a private parking, which gives a discount to the hotel customers. We made the parking payment at the the hotel reception. When we came back from the hotel, the parking attendant insulted us for absolutely no reason claiming he hasn't recieve money from us, despite we showed him the reciept. He didn't stop there, he also pushed one of the guys and threaten two of us. Then he kicked the bumper and broke it. Surprisingle, when we report this to the hotel stuff, all they said was it is a private parking so they don't know basically it's your problem not the hotel. Although we were referred to the pariking lot by the hotel stuff and we make the parking payment at the hotel, the stuffs claimed that the hotel got nothing to do with anything. They simply said call police and report. We wanted to spend a nice holiday with family but unfortunatelly picked the wrong hotel!! Worest place to stay especially in winter. Don't recommend at all. At least the staffs should be supportive as they were when they take the parking payment but instead they seemed strange!!
