Great hotel! Great Location! Great Staff!
The hotel is right in the heart of the city and you can walk everywhere in downtown. The metro half a block away which will connect you to Old Montreal and the rest of the city. Really great location; I can't stress that enough!
The staff is also awesome! We asked them a million questions a day and they always had good recommendations/suggestions/advice. They were all very pleasant and they were eager to help and and answer questions.
I am planning to visit Montreal again and will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Stayed at this hotel in mid-August 2011 with my husband and 2 kids (teenagers). Great location. Peel station is right around the corner and several bus routes are on Peel or nearby. Breakfast was ok - I've had better, but the dining area can become very crowded at peak breakfast times. The wait staff was quick to clear tables when people were finished. The bathroom was very small in our room - so small that the door barely clears the front of the toilet when it is opened. But the rooms were clean and we appreciated the mini-kitchen which was stocked with plates, pans, utensils, a microwave, dishwasher and full size fridge. We brought a lot of snacks along.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel's location couldn't be better, next to Peel Station as well as the underground.
The rooms are small when compared to other residence inn properties, but that's due to the hotel being a tall building instead of the more spread out property like many residence inn are.
My arrival experience started even before I came to the hotel. I called the hotel to have them combine 2 of my reservation and I was impress by the agent. Really nice and great customer service.
At the hotel, check in was quick and efficient and they were always answering my questions with a smile...you just don't see it these days anymore.

My partner and I enjoyed a really nice stay here; good room on the 20th floor with a huge bed, free wi-fi, a cute little kitchen, and a small bathroom. The view would have been nice, too, if there had not been an ugly piece of plywood screening the air conditioner! Staff made a real effort to keep the hotel quiet on this busy holiday, and succeeded. Breakfast was plentiful and served in a nice room on the mezzanine. Note that parking meters in the immediate area don't become effective until 1 PM on Sunday, so you can park overnight on the street for free until then. For dinner, try the Steak Frites overlooking the harbor in the Old Montreal area on St. Laurant Boul. just off St. Paul St. If you're in town for New Year's Eve, don't miss the festivities on Place Jacques Cartier including wonderful fireworks at midnight.
