First time we have stayed at this hotel and found it to be OK, but nothing special. Upon arrival, the front desk had no record of our reservation. Showed the front desk clerk my confirmation, but there was no record of me. Got a room which was small, but it was very clean. The furniture was in rough condition, but was adequate. The room was adjoining to the room next door, and for over 1 hour we listened to the telephone conversation of my next door neighbor - word for word! He may as well have been in my room. Also heard him snoring and coughing throughout the night. Thank goodness for earplugs! Stay away from the buffet breakfast. Even at $6.99 it is a rip-off. Tried it on 2 occasions and found no variety, eggs were gone, no yogurt available. All that was available was bacon, cold potatoes, cereal, and some mini muffins. For breakfast walk 100 yards to a restaurant called La Belle Province and have a full breakfast for $5 including tax. Even though we prepaid the breakfast, we went elsewhere to eat on 2 of the 4 mornings we stayed. When we return to Montreal, we will stay somewhere else beccause this hotel was just "adequate"
