My five nights here were the highlight of a recent visit to Montreal. The 'small' room was plenty for one: cosy, luxurious (the bed and linen are divine) and quiet. Practically furnished, with style. The attention to detail really shows: adjustable reading lamps, comfortable desk chair, good hair dryer, Aveda bath products, ipod docking station, thick cotton bath robe (and slippers) etc, etc. On top of that, every staff member I encountered responded with intelligence, warmth and consideration. The experience was flawless from beginning to (very early morning) end.
My heartiest congratulations to the management and team for creating an oasis of care and comfort in a crazy, crazy world.
