Maybe because most of the guests are business men, the staff didn't care to make us feel welcome, and didn't bother answer our requests, we even hed a rude waitress who made us complain to the manager Malisa who didn't do anything about it. we were scheduel to stay for 2 weeks, but had to leave after the second day.
Hotel is located in Laval 25 mins from YUL airport ,but take 1 hr if there's traffic, next to the hotel there is a mall, wall mart and indoor skydiving $65 a person.
the room is clean and bed is comfty, but noisy.and the sofabed is a back breaker, even staff warn you not to sleep on it (if so, why don't they replace the mattresses with new ones????).
the enterance the hotel is badly designed where you have 20 meters to cross from route #15 to the service road to enter the hotel parking lot(not marked) good luck! . once you there it is free parking.Also VIP lounge has free snaks, but not the liquers.
