I stayed here for one night on a business trip. Very courteous reception desk. Room was comfortable, clean and well furnished. TV, bed, bath rooms were quite good. I had breakfast buffet. Pricey, but good. This is next to a big mall. Close to restaurants and businesses.

The hotel is very nice is in what it looks like. The lobby is impressive. Club rooms are nice. The club lounge is outstanding.

Amenities are great and it is right in the Quebec largest mall parking lot. Located in central Laval.

This hotel has the most comfortable bed I ever slept in and has extra large fluffy pillows.

Washrooms small but it is all marble.

The only problem I could see here is the noise. I always choose the club level floor to get quiet stay but this hotel, it is located on the second floor. It sounded like a earthquake the noise that was comming from all around, not well sound proof, had to leave after just 1 night.

Hotel manager offered me 1000 points and free breakfast but the breakfast was already included in my room.

If you sleep thru anything, I would recommend this hotel as it the only issue I have encountered but I sleep light all the time so we were up all night.

I only stayed one night at the hotel so my experience is limited. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. The HDTV would have been nice but the cable service is not HD so the picture was horrible. The decor is a little old.

There did not seem to be a lot around the hotel so only great if you are staying one night or have a car to get around.

I would stay here if there was an event here that I needed to stay for. The price was okay.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights on business and it was full and very busy. The reception staff were courteous and friendly and most could speak English fairly well. The first night the room was noisy on the highway side and the AC did not work. I asked for a quieter room with AC that worked and was given a new room on the quieter side by noon. The AC worked and room was clean and basic for what I needed it for. The bed was very comfortable and linens were clean and comfortable. This is the first hotel that did not loan room fans which I needed the first night as the room was too warm.

I was attending a conference at this hotel and it was a great venue. It is about 20 minutes from the Montreal airport if no rush hour. Unfortunately it does not have a shuttle service A limo service is offered however my colleagues who took that option paid double the price of a taxi. The general service was very good as were all the food/snacks/refreshments. No complaints other than no free WIFI in the rooms. That is disappointing and something that should change especially for those of us there on business and needing access to our computers. 10.00/day is 10.00 too much. There is a nice little business center in the lobby and free internet use for your own computer in the lobby as well however not as convenient and private when wanting to just crash away from people after a busy day.

The large mall is right across the street and easily accessible. It has a couple good restaurants near by and the usual food court. Convenient location all around.
