Wonderful, welcoming owners. Recently renovated room.Beautifully decorated, clean, quiet. Very helpful with local restaurants etc and also info on best travel routes depending on where you're going. We would definitely visit again!

We stayed 2 nights in this motel and were completely satisfied. We stayed in the rooms that faced the gardens. They were upgraded and more like hotel rooms.
The owners were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.
The room rate was off season and was a great deal.
If only there were more motels like this.

14 nights; 14 different motels and Clark's was the cheapest. BUT, here's the thing, the room was scrupulously clean, spacious, nicely decorated and quiet. The attention to detail was outstanding: two queen-size beds with mattresses of differing firmness to choose from; lots of up to date tourist info; bath towels to die for; even a night light. They didn't have a restaurant but a microwave and fridge were supplied, unobtrusively placed in the wall unit, and the motel is not far from restaurants. It's also convenient to the central and western part of the island and The Bridge. In addition, they're set on 20 acres of land with well maintained lawns and a walking trail which gives you access to their beach. You really can't go wrong with this one.

This is a lovely, family-run motel. They take pride in the property and are committed to making your stay exceptional. We brought our tandem bicycle and they volunteered an enclosed, locked storage area and gave good input on where to bike. Our room (recently remodeled) was spacious and comfortable and included a small refrigerator and microwave. They have chairs, picnic tables and a gazebo to enjoy the very private area behind the motel with a private walk to the water. We extended our stay. Their high-speed internet didn't work with our smart phone but no problem with the laptop.
