My family and I were very unsatisfied with the cleanliness of this hotel. The room we had was a two queen with a pullout family suit. As soon as we opened the door to the room it smelled like urine and it was a very disgusting bathroom in which the smell was coming from. At $190.00 per night, I had expected higher expectations. Unfortuantely there is not very many hotels to choose from in the area that had availabilty.

I stay at this hotel whenever I am in Summerside on business. ( Usually every two to three months.) I find the accomodations excellent and the staff are wonderful. Have had no difficulty at any time and find that the staff go above and beyond to ensure my stay is a pleasant one. The accomodations are always clean and comfortable.

The Truro Bearcats Midget team stayed here for a couple of nights during a baseball tournament in Summerside. The boys had a great time whether they were in the indoor or outdoor pool or when they took advantage of using the golf course located directly behind the hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and made the experience that much more enjoyable! We will definitely be back!

Our first trip to PEI and we did not know what to look for. The staff here was so helpful, you would have thought they were traveling with us. The inn was cleanest we've experienced on our entire trip from NC. Fun things to do and there is an outstanding team to make and serve you breakfast. Almost better than "nothing could be finer than to be in Carolina:..... Great place to rest, relax, and headquarter for your enjoyment of PEI.
