If you have a late flight into Charlottetown airport and need a place to stay overnight (or if you have an early flight out and need a place to stay that's relatively close to the airport), this Super 8 will probably be fine. Not the most up to date place but certainly adequate, and we found the staff people to be very nice and accommodating. Not a lot of choice for breakfast but certainly enough to get the day started.

Room was very clean and in very good condition. Service was good. Very much liked the continental breakfast and the ability to make our own Tim Horton's breakfast sandwiches. We sought out this location after a favourable stay at another Super 8 and we weren't disappointed.

Our stay at the Super 8 was last-minute sojourn. We had the best time possible - the pool, exercise room and the delicious Tim Horton breakfast right on the premises. Check-in was easy and friendly. We will return at the first opportunity.

Stayed one night on business (first and last stay). This motel is quite a distance from downtown and there are no amenities within walking distance. This is your low end on the side of the highway type chain motel. My room was on the busier ground level and was the smallest room I have been in all my travels. The bed was about 3 feet from the door. I had to slam the door to get it to close when entering and leaving. The room was very old, dirty and in serious need of updating. The bathroom was tired, dirty and water leaked from the pipes below the sink. Towels and face cloths were dingy off colored and stained. The bed was old and uncomfortable. There is no iron in the room. You have to go "borrow" one from the front desk. The breakfast looked like it was catered by Tim Horton's complete with egg and sausage patties and donuts. The food permeated an odd odor. I had a stale bagel and then left. The person working the front desk serves double duty as breakfast attendant meaning often no one is staffing the front desk. I just left the key on the desk as no one was there. For an extra $20 or so you can find much much better in Charlottetown. Trust me you will want to stay in closer proximity to some amenities. Stay away from this place!
