Recently stayed at the Holman Hotel for one night, could have stayed for a week... Impression when I walked through the door of the building was how modern and current this hotel is. The lobby is very understated, but works for this hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly & helpful.
I loved that this building is attached to the Confederation Court shopping mall.. Also, parking is free on Saturday in the parkade that you can access through a pedway.
If you are going to see a show at the Conferation Centre staying here is a plus, you can access it through an underground tunnel.
The room wasn't huge but very bright, clean & modern decor. The beds were very comfortable & loved that there were so many pillows.
The bathroom was large, no tub but a great shower. Loved the lighted makeup mirror & they provided a hair dryer..
the only negative thing I would say is the bathroom door is glass etched.. I feel they probably could have a solid door for privacy...

We stayed at the Holman on the 1st and 2nd October. Very wet outside but wonderful to enjoy the comfort of our suite. Tea and cofee maing facilities water in fridge water and chocolates deliverd in the evening the staff friendly and helpful. Wonderful big bathroom walk in shower and large bath all very clean would recommend this hotel very highly.

We just the weekend at the Holman Grand. The Hotel is New, super clean, staff was young, energetic, The room "Island Suite" was perfect, furniture and beds were amazing. Best pillows i have seen in a Hotel. Wonderful linens, plank flooring in room. great bathroom, over sized shower. We ate at the Redwater Grill. Charlottetown's newest great trendy restaurant. Amazing Service. exceptional food. Best wine list in PEI. very fair pricing on Hotel and Dining. Cant wait to go back.

Stayed for 2 nights in an Island King Suite, rates are very reasonable and in my opinion a much better value than offered by the Delta Prince Edward, the hotel we used to stay at on our visits to PEI.

Room was modern, very well appointed and the bed amazingly comfortable. Bathroom was great, bright, lots of space and properly segmented. Having all floors open to the atrium is an unusual twist and so much nicer than the typical walk down a long hall to your room.

Hotel is walking distance to all things downtown. Parking is offsite in a public parkade (bout block and half away) that is attached via mall and pedway. Parkade is dilapitated, but seems secure enough. Would be nice if hotel could arrange some prepayment/access to parkade for guests not using valet as dealing with the rather rude attendants is off putting.

This boutique hotel is a great addition to downtown Charlottetown and we would stay here again.
