Gaming floors are neat and tidy. Rooms were spacious and clean. Buffet was marvellous, one of the best I've ever been to. You just couldn't visit all the serving stations because of the selection and quantity of food. All staff were very accommodating.

Walk from parking to the hotel reception is a little long but really that's the only complaint.

This was my first trip to Caesars and I was very impressed with the layout of the casino. I was there mid week , so there was not any congestion at the table games. The hotel room in the Forum Tower was favourable with the coffee maker and fridge. Mr. Blackjack was very good to me this trip, so I will return!

We have been going to Caesars Windsor since it opened several years ago as Casino Windsor, and, it remains our favourite place to stay. From the friendly valet parking attendants to the mostly welcoming hotel registration staff, casino hosts and security, we are always made to feel most welcome.

Paying with a debit card v.s. credit card. I was charged twice because I pd with a debit card. $99.00 was charged and processed thru and I was told it would be held for incidentals. This amount is not held but actually processed then reversed. Make sure you have extra monies in your account or you will get charged overdraft fees. It is not about the room or the service it is about business, I don't I like to be misled.
