We stayed for a week over the Christmas holidays along with our 2 large dogs, and the stay was better than anticipated. We would highly recommend the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Great service. When in Windsor again, we will definitely stay again!!

I would like to send out a congratulations to the management and staff at the Comfort Inn and Suites, Ambassador Bridge. I frequently visit Windsor, Ontario for business purposes, and whenever I do I stay at this Comfort Inn location. Beth, the current General Manager will always do her best to make sure that my requests are honoured. Housekeeping does an excellent jobs of preparing the room for the arriving guests and the front desk staff always welcomes you with a smile. I will always show loyaltly to Comfort Inn and Suites, Ambassador Bridge because they have always been loyal to me. I recommend this hotel for their affordable rates, well kept facilities, friendly staff and quiet location. Way to go team! Keep up the good work.

Good, clean hotel, great pool area for the kids, friendly staff. We came with 2 hockey teams from our association and were very pleased at how accomodating the hotel was for our use. Management very helpful finding us a spot to have a team get together for pizza and to watch a hockey game together, even though the hotel was full! Would definately recommend this hotel to our friends staying the area. Thanks from Dorchester!

We needed a hotel after a long day of driving. Didn't have time to price-compare. So we picked this one, and it was a great stay--but expensive.

We did run into an issue with our neighbour partying and smoking (non-smoking hotel). We mentioned it to the Front Desk clerk who did nothing about it. Our asthma was very bad by morning.

Pros:
- Clean and safe.
- Beautiful pool area.
- Good breakfast.
- Super comfortable beds.

Cons:
- Inattentive staff
- Smoking in non-smoking hotel
- Expensive
