We only stayed in this hotel for one night, as we were in Windsor to see a show at Caesars. There was a bit of confusion during the telephone reservation process as to which room was newly renovated and which had a river view, but in the end the room I booked and an absolutely impeccable view. All staff were friendly and professional and all requests I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The pool/hot tub area was great - extremely clean and bright. The second floor restaurant has a nice breakfast buffet, but somewhat overpriced for what was there (a discounted rate for guests would be a nice bonus). Parking is behind the hotel in a separate building but is easily accessible and in and out privileges are great. The walk to Caesars is about 5 to 10 minutes so it's a great location if the casino is your destination. Great hotel, I do recommend it!

This older hotel has dated fairly well. Italian coffee in the room, nice finishes. Right on the waterfront with great views of Detroit. Valet or off-site parking only. 6/10

Very nice hotel. Located right on Riverside Drive witha beautiful view of Detroit River & Detroit. Rooms were immaculate and service was great. No problems or issues that I would report. This hotel is located in the heart of Windsor close to everything. Walking distance to a variety of clubs & restaurants. Great view.

We stayed at this Hilton during a recent stay in Windsor for a concert at the Casino. We had a riverside view room with Queen bed and it was perfect. The view of the river and the Detroit skyline was spectacular, especially at night.

The free shuttle to the casino was perfect and we used it there and back no problem and no waiting. We had read about the parking issues at this location so we used the valet parking since we knew we wouldnt be using our car at all during our stay.

The swimming pool is a very good size, the water was decent, not too cold and the hot tub was nice. There is a workout room at this facility too but we didnt use it.

When i called to book the room the guy would took my call was rude and well, i can't say we received any better reception when we actually checked in. They certainly act like they're just passing the time and are holier than tho.
