In town for funeral. Good location to Windsor Tunnel. Nice clean room to sleep, and eat included breakfast!

I stayed at this hotel in june and I had two rooms with friends for two nights. The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was fantastic. Jason from the front desk referred us to great places to eat and was very detailed with directions on things to do and places to go. The hotel is situated close to downtown, the casino and all its amenities however the neighbourhood was not the best. In this case the hotel really made up for that. Our second night stay the air conditioner stoped working; when i called down to front desk the hotel was sold out of rooms but jason and wayne quickly came up and changed the unit. This was great service and I am looking forward to staying at this location again in the near future.

Room was fine for the one night we needed to stay there. It was helpful that it had a bar fridge and microwave oven in the room. The breakfast was free, though the selection was slim. There was no pool. Hotel staff were very pleasant. The hotel seems to be in a shady area of Windsor where many businesses have closed down. It is walking distance to the Casino but I wouldn't trust the area to walk at night; they do have shuttles to the Casino. Two minutes from the US border!

the Comfort Suites is a decent hotel located within a short walk from Caesars and a beautiful walkway along the straight. I enjoyed staying at the Comfort Suites because of the convenient free parking and the economically priced rooms. My room was spacious and clean, the HVAC worked well, and the linens were decent. I hope the hotel upgrades its TVs to more modern flat screens. I also hope that the breakfast could have a few more choices such as yogurt. Overall the experience was good and I must say a special word of gratitude to the front desk staff. They really do try to accomodate special requests and their friendly welcome makes for a great stay.
