The hotel and the rooms are very clean, fairly spacious and the service was good. The fact that the decor in some rooms is a little dated and they have older tube TV's didn't bother us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The problem was an uncomfortable bed, a hot room and noisy neighbours. Some people apparently love the Sleep Number Beds, but we've never used them, were given no instruction on how to set them up, and no matter what we did our king size bed felt lumpy and uncomfortable. Second, the room was 74 degrees F. The first night we turned the heat off, but the temperature never dropped. When we asked for assistance the next day they sent someone up and essentially we were running the air conditioning -- in December! The noisy unit kicked on and off all night and whenever it went off the room would heat up again very quickly. Lastly, the hotel is easy walking distance to the casino, so if you've got a family looking to sleep be aware that there are going to be other people wide awake in the hotel at all hours. Our neighbours on the first night talked loudly in their room past midnight and then headed out to the casino, returning in the wee hours.
We got a deal on our two rooms through Expedia. If we had paid full price, I would have been more than disappointed with this hotel experience.
