Overall a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable but a bit dated but not a factor in staying again or referring someone as it was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the ability to cook in room with the George Foreman Grill as it made a nice departure from restaurant food all the time when travelling for business. The staff were beyond helpful and extremely pleasant. Overall a 9.5/10 experience and I will definitely stay again when in Windsor.

The hotel rooms are massive and the beds are phenomonal! The hotel was a 2 min walk from the casino and most of downtown Windsor! For half the price of the hilton, definitely a great buy and relaxing stay!

The Quality Suites is a solid hotel in a very good location. I have stayed here on many occasions and love the proximity to the Riverfront park, Casino, and Downtown. The rooms are clean and there are two TV sets one in a living/dining area and one in a bedroom area.

You gain room with this property.I believe the couch opens into a bed too. If you have kids in tow this might be the ticket. There is metered parking on one side of the hotel, and surface parking as well as a convenient deck. Be sure to check with the front desk to find out when the meters are not enforced. I believe Sunday is such a day although, I understand enforcement starts again on Monday morning.

There is a Casino Shuttle that runs every half hour on Fridays and Saturdays until 2:30 AM or 3:00 AM. This means that wherever you park, you can ride to the Casino to play then ride back to your hotel. That is unless you want to get off Downtown. The Holiday Inn (formerly Ramada) downtown is a stop. You can get off there, and visit the clubs or restaurants Downtown. Again this is only Friday and Saturday.

After 10 or 11 PM you must use your room card to ride the elevator.
