Stayed at the Residence and Conference Centre in Toronto for a week while on a business trip in Toronto. The check in agents weren't friendly at all and everything seemed a hastle. The hallways leading to the rooms smelled of urine and the carpets were extremely stained. The rooms weren't bad except for the fact that there was a hole in our wall and no coffee maker. The beds were extremely hard and the pillows way too flimsy.
The continental breakfast consisted of Bagels, Bread, Cereal, Fruit Juice, Coffee and Fruit. Compared to other Continental Breakfasts I've had this one was terrible.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I understand it is a college residence, but if the building is in this state, why even allow non-students to stay here? Drive five minutes further down the 404 and get off at Steeles Avenue, there's a Holiday Inn.

Stayed at the Seneca College Residence with the family recently. It was clean, comfortabe and the rooms were like mini-apartments. The location was very convenient to a main highway (404) and there was easy access to other main roads (Hwy 401, Finch Ave, etc.). The campus was very quiet and we felt very safe there.

The rooms were a bit spartan in decor (no alarm clocks or coffe makers) but they did have a very nice continental breakfast and a convenience store! The kids loved that in the evening. They even had free games available like foosball and ping pong.

Overall, a nice stay, pleasant staff, with a convenient location for us (20 minutes to downtown, 20 minutes to airport, 20 minutes to Newmarket), and a GREAT price.
