We have been regular customers of One King's lobby bar for the past four years. Although we haven't had the chance of visiting over the past few months, we finally had the opportunity to eat at the lobby bar this past weekend. You can count on the food to always be delicious, and we once again were not disappointed....YUM! More importantly, the friendly smiles of their dynamic duo, Junard and Melissa, were exceptionally welcoming. Nothing was too much for them. Any request we had was greeted with a smile, and delivered in a timely fashion. Thanks guys for yet another wonderful evening. We'll be back soon!! (Nonnie and Howard)

Rooms have a nice little kitchen along with the sleeping area and a small desk. Decor is modern. The location is great right on the corner of King and Yonge St. and there is a nice bar/restaurant in the lobby.

My only complaint is that the place is tiny, in ever respect. The rooms are tiny, especially the bathroom where the sink, toilet and stand up shower are just crammed in there. The same goes with the gym, which needs double the space and equipment to handle the users. The elevators take forever too!

All in all, a nice hotel for a single person traveling on business, but don't even think of having more than one person in the room...you'll be tripping all over each other.

Great location without a doubt but not a four star hotel. Lobby area is dark and depressing. This was a bank in a previous life ..... enough said. Hostess at the lobby bar during our visit needs to research available anti-depressants. Our room was very small but well equipped (i.e. microwave, fridge, washing machine & dryer. Carpet in the room needed serious cleaning (were the stains blood or red wine?). Valet parking staff were awesome! We will not stay there again.

Excellent room, great service, bfast is not so great but I would stay here again without doubt.
