Lovely quiet atmosphere in the midst of a busy city. The walls were thin enough to hear conversations in neighbouring rooms but the house stayed very quiet overnight for a good sleep. The location was central to everything being so close to the subway and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants. I found the office staff friendly and very accommodating. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips.

Right near subway line, and spotlessly clean. Manager very helpful when I requested a blow dryer, and the room was quiet. I would stay there again!

I stayed for a month at this small but excellent guest house. The location is very convenient, literally next to the entrance of Spadina subway. The room is small but clean and well maintained. There is a coin operated laundry. The manager, Dion Chan, is very friendly and helpful. He is well traveled and knows a lot about Toronto so is a source of good tips.The only downside of the place is that there is no lounge area; a lounge/coffee area would be nice but for that they will have to renovate the place and knock down a room or two.
