Only had a one night stay here as we were in Toronto for a short time but you could tell it was a great little social hostel. Very busy, lots of social areas. Our room was comfy and clean, shower was very good. Quirky decor with lots of cool things on the walls! Social events being arranged daily.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Canadiana. We are two friends travelling around and booked a private double room which was a big bunk bed and we thought it was great value for money. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable, and the free wifi was great. The staff were very helpful and the location is good.

I slept on their bed and woke up with massive red bumps on my back, feet, and stomach. Do not stay here!!!! Plus the staff are snobby.

Very busy hostel, but everything was allright. We stayed for 5 days in building 56, in a double room. Our building was occupied by a big group, but we had no problems with that. The two showers on the ground floor were quit new and good. Beds were not so good. The room itself was small, but with airco. Wifi was working ok. The main building has everything you need, computers, breakfast (we did not use it), luggage store room, big living room, reception and drinks/snacks. A lot of activities are possible to do.
