I have stayed at this hotel many a time. the staff is friendly and professional. The recently renovated rooms are just beautiful. Shuttle service to the Pearson Airport is safe and courteous...and they have a new van now.
I prefer not to eat the complimentary breakfast (not a fan) but there is a Country Style just beside the hotel. There is also a Tim Horton's two blocks down the road.

I stayed at this hotel with my family before leaving on vacation in December 2011. The location is easy to get to, South of the 401, and about 5 minutes from the airport. There is not much within walking distance for restaurants, but there is an Italian restaurant onsite, which doubles as the free breakfast area in the morning. The room was clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and 12ft ceilings (ground floor). The breakfast is pretty much a standard continental breakfast: (toast, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, waffles and tea/coffee/juice.) All the staff are very friendly, and we had excellent and efficient shuttle van service to and from the airport. It was very nice having the shuttle van arrive for pickup upon our return in less than 10 minutes. (Unlike many other airport hotels I've experienced, waiting 20 minutes or more.) I would recommend this hotel all around, but especially if you are looking for one close to the airport with reasonable park and fly rates and free airport shuttle service.

I regularly stay at this hotel and have always found the staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms have recently been upgraded and the decor (which was always of a high standard) is now exceptional.'The hotel is spotlessly clean and is a credit to the housekeeping staff, I would not hestitate to recommend this hotel and it provides an excellent shuttle service to the airport.

We just needed a place to sleep for 2 nights over Christmas, while visiting familiiy. The location was convenient, close to the highways. Everything was clean; the room was well equipped with mini-fridge (that didn't make noise all night like some), microwave, and toiletries; quiet, even though it's close to the airport (we were on the south side, backing on golf course and hydro right-of-way). The breakfast, set up in the attached restaurant, was as good as expected. The rate (CAA/AAA) was excellent. We'll stay here again next Christmas.
