Great location in downtown Toronto. The south tower has a decent view of Yonge St. I believe we had an upgraded room with sofa and table, so lots of space. Small fridge under the sink.
Parking is expensive, $30 a day but they are very quick to retrieve your car. The bistro is ridiculous, which a lot of courtyards have nowadays. $2.25 for a banana?!??!?!?
There is a restaurant on the lobby level but did not try it.
Gym is large and well equipped.
Bed was very comfortable and A/C-heater was quiet and kept the temperature steady.
Internet was free and fast enough.

Room well-appointed, seemed to be recently renovated, totally clean, top-quality beds (but do not need 5 pillows!), very quiet (12th floor), check-in and check-out smooth,other guests friendly, courteous staff, 5 minute walk to subway (College Station) and major food store (Metro), lots of restaurants nearby, price of room quite reasonable (actually,very good!), now our favourite choice of downtown hotel in Toronto.

Upon arrival at the hotel, you realize this is no ordinary Courtyard - it is spacious! From the lobby, cafe, and dining area to the surprisingly large rooms you feel comfortable - like you can stretch, relax and stay for a while.

The neighborhood has multiple coffee shops, unique dining, and a 24 hour pharmacy across the street. All said this is a convenient property that offers a good value for business travelers.

I've stayed here 3 times over the past year for business trips & all was good.
Look forward to another stay.
