We booked 2 rooms here last Monday as our son was flying from Vancouver to PEI with a stopover in Toronto. We had the executive floor and used a CARP Zoomer # to get a very good rate. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We had friends come over to visit so the living room area was great for a visit, and could put the baby to bed in the bedroom. The new 32" TV is in the bedroom, while the living area has an old TV with a very fuzzy picture. Not that much of a concern, as we only watched it in the next morning.
We did notice a very strong smoke smell in the elevator, but if a guest is so inconsiderate as to smoke in the elevator, management can't be blamed. Obviously, they can't stand outside the elevators all day to catch the culprit. I suppose they could check during the night to see if any need airing out. Shuttle service was fine, but interesting note -- the male driver helped with the luggage, while the female driver on the return trip ignored the pile of luggage at the curb and simply got in the vehicle!
The Keg is right across the road and walking distance, but very crowded even on a Monday night.
Would certainly stay here again in we need a hotel near the airport.
