Good comfortable and clean hotel, good central location with the underground not far away, and typical friendly & helpful Canadian customer service.
The rooms are a bit dated but it was comfortable and clean and I was able to get rest when I wanted. The TV is small and the picture quality was poor. The bathroom is large and has a red heat lamp which operates on a timer and makes the bathroom look like a dark room when in use.
There is an observation deck on the same floor as the pool and gym that offers some reasonable photo opportunities which include the CN Tower.
Breakfast was a bit pricey. Good spread of food but fairly crowded and hard to find a table at times. There are plenty of places to go for food in the area though.

Stayed for two nights. I'm more of a hosteler and backpacker so this was a nice place to stay. Had a room with a view of dundas square. Does of shopping, restaurants, bars nearby. Within walking distance to Eaton's Centre, Nathan Philips Square, and even the ACC and Skydome, if you don't find the walk. Would recommend it to everyone!

This is our preferred hotel in Toronto as the staff has been over the top on more occassions than not, I've been visiting this hotel since the early eighties an s am off again for a Valetines get away next week. As a couple we enjoy the rooftop adult only pool and families can enjoy the main level water slide pool and amusements. We use the hotel as a base for our day trips to the galleries or shops and find it's central location works for proximity to many of Toronto's tourist draws and local fare. Having stayed there on more than 20 times I think it has the the right value for our needs.

Stayed two nights (Friday and Saturday) and, all in all, the stay was pleasant. The room was of a good size with a king bed that was comfortable. BUT only one large comfortable chair and a smaller and less comfortable desk chair in a room designed for two! Drawer and closet space was OK but we had to call for more hangers and a second bath robe which were delivered promptly.
Friday night was a mixed blessing as the folks next door partied till 4:30 am and were, off and on, quite noisy - connecting door carried the sound even though theirs and ours were closed.
Saturday was fine till 7 am when there was a fire alarm and we had to go to the lobby. The hotel did not offer any reduction for either issue.
TV checkout did not work.
