What can you say about the Grange that isn't already said on their web site. It's not the Hilton but they really don't try to be. It's good accommodation for a reasonable price. I like the fact that it's right in Chinatown. I live The shops and restaurants there. We went to a Blue Jays game. That was easy. You just walk east two block, get on a streetcar and it takes you right there. We went to the CNE. That was easy. Go west two blocks, board a streetcar and it takes you right there. Check-in was efficient and friendly. You're left to handle your own bags. The hotel is an older apartment building with all rooms being bachelor apartments. They all have a stove, fridge, microwave and a few dishes (not many). If you want a coffee maker, you need to ask at the office and pay a $10 deposit. Parking with full in and out privileges is $4/day, a bargain in T.O. The rooms are kept clean and so are the common areas. There's a coin laundry room on each floor. If you're looking for a good location, reasonable, clean accommodations, not too fancy, try this place.
